Federation Gym is open 6am weekdays until 10pm, and from 8am until 8pm at the weekend. Please use the map below to locate the gym, or open Google maps to follow realtime instructions. Look out for our golden exterior and white lightbox sign.

Federation Gym is 10 minutes walk from Manchester Piccadilly train station and Manchester Victoria train station.

Members and guests may park outside Federation Gym on Spear Street for free before 8am and after 8pm. Houldsworth street, Newton street and Tib street NCP are the closest pay and display parking options.
