Federation is committed to respecting your privacy and adheres to all the principles the general Data Protection regulation and the new data protection Act 2018. Both sets of legislation give you, the data subject, rights regarding your data, including access to the information held about you. Federation Gym is a trading name of EO Gyms Limited is registered with ICO (Registration ZB564893, 14733091).
What personal data we collect and why we collect it
We collect and securely store any information that you provide with us when signing up to become a member of Federation Gym on locally based servers. All information we request will be clearly stated at the time of asking, and you will need to consent to us collecting this data and using it on your behalf to provide our services. Our membership services are provided by Ashbourne Management Services Limited (ICO Z8648364), and they will liaise with third party credit card providers on your behalf for the purpose of setting up your financial profile. Data collected by either EO Gyms Limited or Ashbourne Management Services Limited is with purpose of providing you with the Club Services.
We use the information you share with us to create your membership details, provide you with relevant access to our website, and keep you informed of the latest offers and special deals that we think you might be interested in, including relevant businesses who pay EO Gyms Limited for advertisement.
The types of information we collect includes, but is not limited to, your name, date of birth, gender, e-mail address, mobile phone number, postal address, your photographic image and your bank details or payments details. We may also store personally identifiable data collected about you in person or online, such as any accidents, incidents, important medical information, training history and other answers provided during PARQ (physical activity readiness questionnaire which you fill in during membership sign-up) completion.
Cookies
We also collect details of your visit to our site by using Cookies, and may access publicly available information to confirm your address and for identity verification (in order to assist us with fraud prevention). A Cookie is a string of information that a website stores on a Visitor’s computer, and that the Visitor’s browser provides to the website each time the Visitor returns.
We use Cookies to help us improve your browsing experience, display the right aspects of our website to you, and identify how you use how site. Cookies help us remember you and help our Site run correctly. You can always prevent Cookies from being stored on your computer by following the instructions in your browser or disable them completely. We may share aggregated Cookie information with third party providers like Google Analytics to help us see how our customers use our website and to make improvements.
Who we share your data with
We may share information regarding our membership demographics to relevant third parties, but no personally identifiable information will be shared in unison. We will also disclose Personally Identifiable Information when reasonably necessary to protect the safety of our Visitors to comply with UK law. We will disclose Personally Identifiable Information in order to comply with a court order or subpoena or a request from a law enforcement agency to release information.
How long we retain your data
Data which we collect about you will be stored on our secure servers and password protected computers for as long as is necessary to provide you with the services of EO Gyms Limited and our affiliated partners.

Content, advertisements and articles on this Site may include embedded content (e.g. videos, images, articles, etc.). Embedded content from other websites behaves in the exact same way as if the Visitor has visited the other website. When you agree to this privacy policy and the data we collect when you sign up for a membership with us, you consent to us processing your information for the above purposes, stated in this privacy statement.
Visitors of our Site and gym members (including prospective members who have completed a gym tour or not completed their sign-up process) may opt out of receiving unsolicited information from or being contacted by us and/or our vendors and affiliated agencies by responding to emails as instructed, or by contacting us at The Quarters, Spear Street, M4 1LE.

We provide Visitors with the legally required ability to request deletion of Personally Identifiable Information from the Site’s database by contacting. However, because of backups and records of deletions, it may be impossible to delete a Visitor’s entry without retaining some residual information. An individual who requests to have Personally Identifiable Information deactivated will have this information functionally deleted, and we will not sell, transfer, or use Personally Identifiable Information relating to that individual in any way moving forward. You also have the right to find out what data we hold. Please note that there may be a small administration charge should you wish to request information from us, or have us delete your data permanently (other than that which we must retain for contractual obligations).
Where we send your data
Your data is securely stored on a local server and is viewable only by employees of EO Gyms Limited and their acting third party agents (as outlined in this statement) for use only as indicated above. All of our employees are familiar with our security policy and practices. Sensitive information, such as credit card numbers or social security numbers, is protected by encryption protocols, which are in place to protect information sent over the Internet. While we take commercially reasonable measures to maintain a secure site, electronic communications and databases are subject to errors, tampering, and break-ins, and we cannot guarantee or warrant that such events will not take place and we will not be liable to Visitors or members for any such occurrences.
Additional information
We will let our Visitors know about changes to our privacy policy by posting such changes on the Site. However, if we are changing our privacy policy in a manner that might cause disclosure of Personally Identifiable Information that a Visitor has previously requested not be disclosed, we will contact such Visitor to allow them to instruct a prevention of such disclosure.
